Our clients are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of the package delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, however, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support and we will try our best to resolve your problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is a good practice to film unboxing videos, to help us troubleshoot the delivery issues.
For refunds that are not defected or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will be applied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund via email.
