Shipping

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Reshipment will not be covered in case of incorrect addresses. Contact the carrier(DHL, EML) to edit the delivery address.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Our products are shipped directly from our California, and Hong Kong warehouses.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to each country are calculated upon checkout according to different global shipping zones.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and vary from the carrier and global shipping zones. 

Processing time: 3 - 6 business days
Shipping Time: Between 10-20 business days
Some items may have longer processing times depending on the volume of orders, or do to the location of final product destination. For example if our product ships from our warehouse in California to a location in Japan the shipping time may take longer versus an order destination from California to New York USA.
 

Delivery time may vary and or increase during particularly busy periods. For example during holidays. This increase may also be do to inclement weather. For example hurricane forces.
